Classic Dining Moments Ltd - ‘CDM’ has been established to develop, produce and market the unique range of classic dining moment’s gifts.

The dining experiences feature culturally diverse menus, yet is historically accurate in all aspects. However neither roasted swans or peacocks appear on any menu! Historic Food Consultant, Writer and Professional Cook, Carol Wilson, is an active member of the British Guild of Food Writers.
Carol has researched, tested and developed all the meals and recipes for each of the CDM characters including several new characters under development.

There are always new dining experiences in development at our Cambridgeshire HQ. And, in order to appeal to an even wider audience, we will soon be launching the quintessential but a spoof - landed gentry, traditional, British Sunday Lunch - more details in June.
